UAE Free Trade Zones
Companies established in the free trade zones of the United Arab Emirates are 100% exempt from any and all taxes, including the income tax, property tax and capital gains tax provided that they conduct their activities abroad or within the free zones. Licensed free zone companies and their shareholders are considered resident for tax purposes.
The majority of UAE free zone companies entitle their members to resident visas which are issued for 3, 5 and 10 years and can be renewed as long as the company remains active.
